You'll also find a complimentary starter kit of essentials, including one to two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, travel-size dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and starter aluminum foil to help you settle in with ease. For your convenience, each outdoor griddle is professionally cleaned and freshly oiled prior to your arrival. If you plan to enjoy Smith Mountain Lake, waterfront swimming, or our signature wood-burning hot tubs, we kindly ask that you bring your own beach or pool towels.

We recommend bringing beach towels, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets for water activities, groceries, personal toiletries (a complimentary starter supply is provided), fishing gear, bicycles, and any additional lake-day essentials. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat, with convenient trailer parking available on-site and multiple public boat launches located nearby.

Each hot tub is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Guests are responsible for filling, igniting, and maintaining the hot tub during their stay. Because they are authentic outdoor wood-fired hot tubs, minor soot, ash, wood particles, or natural debris may occasionally be present.
